Guidelines and policies for using GRAAM Academy services.

1. Services Scope

GRAAM Academy provides premium, practitioner-led corporate and school training programmes. The specific scope, duration, and outcomes of any selected programme will be detailed in an official proposal or Statement of Work agreed upon by both parties.

2. Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, presentation slides, frameworks, and methodologies delivered during GRAAM Academy sessions remain the exclusive intellectual property of GRAAM Academy. These materials are provided for the specific training session and may not be reproduced, distributed, or repurposed internally without explicit written consent.

3. Booking and Cancellations

Training dates are confirmed upon signing a formal agreement. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must adhere to the standard corporate notice period outlined in the final contract to avoid forfeiture of deposits.

4. Anonymization Policy

To maintain our brand's authoritative focus on curriculum excellence, GRAAM Academy limits individual trainer promotion. Client engagements are with the Academy as a whole, and specific trainer allocations remain at our professional discretion based on module expertise.
