Focus areas

Unlock deep conversations and innovative thinking with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP). LSP is a powerful, facilitated methodology for thinking, communication, and problem-solving. In a traditional team-building session, the loudest voices often dominate. LSP levels the playing field by requiring everyone to build and share. It helps your team break away from routine thinking, communicate complex ideas clearly through 3D models, and build a safe space where every perspective is valued and heard.
Programmes
Two programme types share the same LSP facilitation principles. Pick a card to jump into logistics and curriculum for that track.

Self-Awareness & team building
Deep reflection requires perspective shifting. To truly understand abstract constructs like identity and purpose, we need to step back and look at the bigger picture. This workshop series guides you to connect the dots of your past, present, and future. Through the process of meaning-making with LEGO, participants build a shared language and a stronger, more authentic team bond.

Future Planning & Strategy Development
Navigate complexity with clarity. In this intensive strategy workshop, your team will turn abstract environments into a visible 3D landscape. Participants will build the core organization, map out external agents (competitors, trends, regulators), and connect them to see the entire ecosystem. We then run "what-if" scenario testing (e.g., sudden market shifts, crises) to see how the system reacts in real-time.

Secondary school students, university students, corporate teams, management boards, NGO staffs.
4–12 hours
Physical (at your site; all LEGO Serious Play specific kits will be provided). Group size: 3 – 12 participants per facilitator (Intimate group size to ensure 100% participation and psychological safety).
Strength Spotting
Move beyond standard personality tests. Participants build 3D representations of their core talents and share specific moments they utilized them. We also facilitate a "blind spot" exercise where peers build models of the strengths they observe in one another.
During this workshop, participants will:
- Build 3D models representing their core talents and personal superpowers
- Identify "blind spot" strengths by having peers build models of the positive traits they observe in one another.
- Explore how individual strengths contribute to the group's collective success.
- Learn to express abstract qualities (e.g., resilience, creativity) through physical metaphors.
- Map out a team "Strength Matrix" to visualize how different skills complement each other.
After this workshop, participants will know how to:
- Articulate their unique value proposition with increased self-confidence.
- Identify and appreciate the diverse strengths of their teammates or classmates.
- Apply their strengths more intentionally to solve everyday challenges.
- Provide constructive, strength-based feedback to others using LSP metaphors.
- Collaborate more effectively by knowing who to turn to for specific expertise.

- Create a Real-time Landscape of the organization’s current ecosystem and stakeholders.
- Build 3D models of potential External Agents (e.g., competitors, new technologies).
- Perform Scenario Testing by manipulating models to simulate the impact of future crises or opportunities.
- Extract Simple Guiding Principles from the simulated reactions of the system.
- Visualize the Connections and Dependencies between different parts of the organization.
After this workshop, participants will know how to:
- Respond to unpredictable changes with agility based on agreed-upon principles.
- Think systemically to understand how one decision affects the entire organization.
- Make decentralized decisions that remain aligned with the overall strategy.
- Identify early warning signs of market shifts by looking at their Strategy Landscape.
- Lead the team with a shared, visual roadmap that everyone has had a hand in building.
