Workshop Overview

A clear story, delivered well.

This interactive workshop helps you build practical storytelling and presentation skills. You'll use a hook and simple structures to shape a clear mini-story, then deliver it with a steady voice and confident presence.

By identifying your own milestones and aligning your words with your body language, you'll be better prepared for presentations, interviews, and professional talks, and more able to connect with any audience.

What this workshop delivers

What you'll do, and what you'll take away.

During this workshop, participants will:

Craft a clear story: use simple structures and a strong hook to turn a personal milestone into a focused story.

Improve delivery: practise pace, pausing, and voice so the message lands.

Align non-verbal cues: use eye contact, open posture, and energy to support what you say.

Build confidence: be 1% braver and practise stepping out of your comfort zone.

Reflect and connect: identify core personal themes and link them to your professional goals.

After this workshop, participants will know how to:

Use a structured hook and the STAR framework to present without reading from a script.

Hold an open, confident posture that keeps the room's attention.

Read others' non-verbal cues and adjust your delivery as you go.

Build a 3-minute professional self-introduction or pitch from your own milestones.

Manage stage fright using a positive mindset and simple grounding techniques.
